5. Hotel

I know what you’re thinking… “$$$$$, hotels can get pricey and I thought is blog was budget friendly.” Well, you’re right, they can BUT Korea has some great budget-friendly hotels that won’t leave your pocket empty or being worried about bugs![/text_output][text_output]

4. Guesthouse

Somewhere between the atmosphere of a hostel but the comfort of a B&B, there is guesthouses. These are private rooms ranging from traditional korean homes to dorm style. And oftentimes includes amenities you would receive from a hotel… can we say free WIFI?![/text_output][text_output]

3. Love Motel 러브호텔

If you can get past the idea of themed room (and don’t go totally nasty on me – some themes include a Ramen and Starbucks), Love Motels are actually super budget friendly. Offering hourly or overnight stays, they are suprising clean and affordable for a tight budget. And if you are worried about someone getting the wrong impression – Don’t be – a draped parking garage allows you to remain unseen.[/text_output][text_output]

2. Hostel

Hostels are a great place to stay and meet people from all over the world. Available in all-male, all-female or co-ed rooms, usually facilities use bunk beds, group bathrooms, a commonplace, and food/bar area.

1. Jjimjilbang (찜질방) – or Sauna

My favorite! – This is the ultimate Korean experience, which will cost you less than $10.
JJimjilbangs are public bathhouses, gender-segregated of course. At the front desk, you will receive a set of clothes, slippers, towels, and locker key. Then off you go to enjoy hot tubs, cold tubs, saunas, and for few more bucks you can receive a full body scrub that will leave you smooth as silk. After you’re squeaky clean, held into the common area to get some snacks and pick out the perfect spot to sleep near a phone charger.[/text_output][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row padding_top=”0px” padding_bottom=”0px”][vc_column css_animation=”none” fade_animation_offset=”45px” width=”1/4″ id=”” class=”” style=”position: center;”][gap size=”1.313em” id=”” class=”” style=””][/vc_column][vc_column fade_animation_offset=”45px” width=”1/4″][text_output]
